LIFE COACHING A La Carte: $150/hr

My style of coaching strikes a healthy balance between being ‘solution oriented’ while still providing a basis for lasting changes in coping skills and perceptions to help you continually create a more satisfying life. Life Coaching is different from traditional therapy in that the process addresses specific personal projects, professional goals, and general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be. My training in Marriage and Family therapy additionally enables me to address deeper issues and provide emotional support. Whether you are struggling with relationships, family, or career goals, we can work together to give you the tools you need to manage all of the areas of your life.

RESCRIPTING PACKAGE Package of 3 sessions: $405

Sessions are by phone or in person in the LA area and by phone and Skype elsewhere.

The Rescripting Package is a great way to jumpstart life change. With a commitment to these three sessions, we look at six different areas of your life, make a positive assessment of where you are currently, co-create a written vision plan for where you want to be, and then work specifically toward your goals. This is a very exciting and motivating process that will give an enormous amount of clarity and energy!

DATING/LOVE COACH 60 day package: $950

Two sessions in person, phone or Skype, along with support creating an online dating profile, weekly email support and coaching for email and texting potential dating prospects.

This is 60 day program is designed to support you in clarifying who and what you’re looking for in a relationship and then attracting that love right into your life!

In the first session I will help you get clear and give you valuable feedback to accentuate the positive and let go of anything cluttering up your success. Then I will help you design an online dating profile that will bring in the responses you are looking for. The second session can be scheduled anytime after the first 30 days. During that time we will evaluate your progress and make any changes needed, along with coaching to put your best self forward. We will keep the support up during the 60 days with weekly emails and texts. Additional phone/Skype sessions during the 60 days are at a discounted rate of $75.
